  Well seems that the RIAA get's to have itself exposed more
publically, while at the same time law students and other
legal professionals will get an educational benifit, but
likely not of the type the RIAA, the IPC, and ICANN would
prefer.  >:)

SONY BMG Music v. Tenenbaum, the Boston, Massachusetts, RIAA case
in which the defendant is represented by Harvard law professor Charles
Nesson and a group of his students, the Judge has ruled that the

The hearing will relate to Mr. Tenenbaum's counterclaims against the

the record companies' opposition to televising the proceedings, since
