Eric and all,

  Yes Julius is a good choice IMO.  I've exchanged a number of
Emails with him over several years.  He's quite sharp as well.  But
the FCC will not be making too much policy that effects DNS, of
for that matter other IP related issues.  I am much more interested
whom Obama will be choosing for the "Internet Czar" and Sec.
of Commerce...
