Kevin and all,

Certainly I a will take a look at your website and it's goals as
well as pass it along to our members for their independent review
and consideration.

This said, it seems necessary that the current approach to IP
law and regulation is not working well if at all, and a better common
sense approach that is comprehensive is advisable and largely
desirable. International NGO's have added much to the debate
towards solutions, yet the differences in opinion remain wide and
significantly varried as recent WTO meetings over the past several
years have clearly shown.

Let's hope that the new Obama administration can offer a change
to the IP debacle that the current administration has been unable or
unwilling to do.
