  Well if so, the announcement,

doesn't reflect the inclusion of remote participation.  Is there perhaps
another link that for whatever reason, you did not, include here (below)
in your response?  Please advise.

  Further Avri, can you perhaps explain why remote participation wasn't
included in the original announcement?  Can any ICANN staff member?
