Derek and all,

I for one agree fully here. In fact the direct line phone numbers
for the officers of the Registrar as well as personal mailing addresses,
P.O. Boxes would be fine here, and addresses for legal service
should also be required and publicly available on their Web sites
in PLAIN VIEW.

But all this is nothing new to have been repeatedly requested by
thousands of registrants, financial institutions, credit card companies,
ect., ect., ad nausium. This information has been requested to be
plainly publicly available on these Registrars AND Registries web
sites of nearly 5 years now. Yet ICANN has refused along with
the Registrars and Registries to make such an amendment to the
RAA's accordingly, and DOC/NTIA hasn't insisted on this strongly
enough either. As a result hundreds of thousands of Registrants
have been duped, misrepresented, double charged, unable to get
the proper corrections to their registration information effected, sufered
massive fraud and abuse without ability to redress, seen whole Registrars
go under without even having a clue of those registrars being in any
trouble. Further still non-registrant users have had to put up with
spam, phishing, duping, being sent unwanted child poronography from
hijacked Domain names and/or IP addresses, and the list of verious
other forms of fraud and abuse are nearly endless. Such demonstrates
that ICANN's leadership has been, and continues to be far less than
ligitimate, let alone ethical.

And so the pyramid scheme that is ICANN sadly trudges on, and now
the ALAC aids and abets/enables same to continue unchallanged...
