Glen and all,

Given a in depth review by myself and our professional staff,
it was determined that due to the fact that this IDN WG was
a closed and non-transparent WG, that several issues were
either not discussed or considered, or those that were, were
limited to a very few less than technically competent participants.
Ergo, it is apparent that many future security and privacy, as well
as inter operable problems will ensue that will threaten the safety
of many unwitting users that could and should have been avoided,
if this WG had been open to any and all whom wished to participate.

However as ICANN is well renowned for conducting such Working
Groups in a closed and far less than Transparent manner, it is not
unexpected that the Report clearly has significant flaws and obvious
security related problems that unfortunately many LEA's will be blind sided
by, should implementation and ICANN Board approval of this report
"AS IS" be determined. Such security related problems will incur huge
unecessary and avoidable costs to consumers and governments alike.
