If ICANN is a responsible organization it should be capable of exercising
that judgment call.

I won't be associated with these crooks but I have no problems with ICANN
being associated with them.  I personally feel ICANN association with
fraudsters and crooks to be in keeping with what it does today.  Under
icanns administration many fraudsters registries have been allowed to
operate and screw the general public. The HEX is no different.  This fraud
looks good on icann.
