I think I should bring this to the attention of icann. Even though icann
continues it's quite support of the HEX - i.e.
http://www.unifiedroot.com/
and of course
http://www.inaic.com/index.php?p=tld-registrars
in both cases the use (or misuse) of the icann/iana trademarks continues.
In my opinion icann is free to associate itself with known criminals and
fraudsters - i choose not to and have made it clear to the fraudsters that
they remove all tlds associated with me from their respective whois's.
