Althought this is about 8 years late, if not too late, finnaly the NIST
has taken a very positive step for testing the USG's IT network.  Let's
hope the testing criterion is robust enough and is up to date.

  Needless to say, we will be watching closely and checking for
ourselves as well.  Again, as Ronald Reagan said, "Trust but verify".
