[ga] Finnaly!: ICANN Directs Registrars to Take Steps to Authenticate WHOIS Data

All,

  Some very good news from ICANN finnaly!  This is what myself,
Danny Younger and others have been urging ICANN to do for 
several years now on various forums, especially the RAA and
ALAC.  It is a bit sad that it has taken ICANN several years
to finnaly see the light.  But at least they have in this regard
at last.  Now we shall see if they follow through...
