[ga] John Palmer complaints regarding Baptista offenses

I have received a number of complaints from members of the GA concerning 
John Palmer and a mailing list he runs called Baptista offenses.  For

Mr. Palmer has subscribed a group of GA participants to a private list 
without their permission.  This has in some cases caused confusion, in 
others it has caused anger.  Non the less it was wrong of Mr. Palmer to 
have subscribed these email addresses and I would ask that Mr. Palmer, a 
participant on the GA list, kindly remove the email addresses of all 
participants who have complained.
I have no objection if Mr. Palmer wants to briefly advertise and tell us 
about his list here on the GA.  That way he can invite interested 
parties to participate.   Mr. Palmer should of at least sent GA 
participants private email asking them if they wanted to subscribe 
before these people were added to the Palmer lists.
I do not find this list of Mr. Palmer's objectionable.  A Baptista hate 
list is an excellent outlet for anger management.
