Ross and all,

  Sorry to say, I didn't get the impression from Dominiks
remarks that he was implying that registrars or registries
don't have a say.  Of course they do and should.  I do
believe he doesn't care if you object to how and/or what
stakeholders and registrants state their concerns and
in what manner they may suggest solutions to issues,
problems, and/or precieved problems with registry and/or
registrar operations.
