How many legitimate cancelations do you think there have been in the last 6 months out of the approximately 260 million domain names dropped using the AGP?

It seems that he is referring to the add/delete grace period, not tasting.
If so, I would agree with Roberto that it is more difficult and yet wiser to
protect fair use. We should eliminate tasting, but protect fair use of
add/delete grace period.

My tendency would be to make the distinction between fair use, and abuse.
I
know, it is more difficult that eliminating the use altogether, but I
think
it is wiser on the long run.

Roberto, I am unclear as to your meaning here... Do you mean to say that
you condone domain tasting?
