Baxter - you sure are a demanding TLD holder.  I see no instance of your 
TLD in the Public Root archives for the TLD .BAX.  We need to list it.  
How we missed such a critical component of the DNS is a mystery to me.  
As are you.  So the first step is for you to fill out the attached

I will need from your immediately your TLDs name servers and a contact
