Dominik and all,

  Well this is perhaps a nice idea for a respite and casual
socialization notice from Avir.  However, I hope that the 
GNSO council members whom may be attending this "Coctail 
hour" will refrain from discussing ICANN or GNSO issues as 
doing so under the influence of an alcoholic beverage is 
irresponsible both personally and certainly professionally.  
Perhaps some adult supervision would be wise and advisable?  
Clearly given recent events, council members remarks, and 
lack of good policy and procedure in some instances
warrants such supervision...
