Dr Joe and all,

  Indeed I am sure god does not agree.  But that is really
besides the point essentially.  Greed also is only part of the
reason ICANN ignores the issues raised.  Most of the ICANN Sr.
staff ect., are not technically competant and are mostly 
social science or overly IP interest influenced folks. 

  What amazes me is that DOC/NTIA is ignoring these now
very well documented and discussed issues and/or glaring
problems.
