If the zone cannot be found that the DNS for that zone
is misconfigured. It should therefore be reported to
the proper authorities and a potential scam site along
with the appropriate information including IP address.
Check out IC3.gov for further information. Do your homework
first and provide all relitive specific information you can
glean.
