Hi Bashar,
The current form of example.test is only for testing purposes, so it's not
something to panic about. I'm sure that whatever registry applies for the
respective IDN TLD will use the correct spelling, as they are putting their
own capital at risk. Without the correct spelling, the IDN TLD would be
doomed to fail.
IANAL, but perhaps of greater concern is ICANN's unfamiliarity with Arabic
(and other non-English) languages. Will future registry and registrar
contracts be written in English or the native language of the IDN TLD? If
the latter is the case, will these registries / registrars try to sneak in
contract clauses that negatively impact registrant rights? Would that in
turn allow VeriSign and others to demand equal rights on the basis of having
a level playing field?

who chooses the spelling of the IDN TLD ? i noticed the Arabic version is
misspelled !
