All,
Seems Uncle Sam had to do what ICANN has trouble doing
when bad domain name managment is evident or web sites are
compermised. Also seems that the state of California
dropped the ball twice on the same problem. Maybe some
undocumented immigrants are managing the states web sites
and DNS security. Next thing ya know they will have
Google managing their Internet presance.
