Oh.  Well sorry to steal your thunder but the test started on October 
9th.  Not 15th.  Tests start when you inserted the test data into the 
zone file.  I'm sure the 15th is an important date for the marketing 
department but the official tests start when you inserted the new IDN 
TLDs into the root zone.
Good thing i'm keeping an eye on the iana root zone.  No one else seems 
to be.
