[ga] Nominations for Chair

The Nominations for Chair for this term, Closed on Sept. 13th with lack of 
participation.  
   
  If anyone other than the nominator would move in reopen the nominations I 
think we could do that. Not saying we would but we should look at it.
   
  It seemed as though George nominated Sotiris and Vint on the 17th.

  Sorry for the confusion. Debbies' latest List Rules are #6 and I posted off 
of #5 just missing her post.
   
  I have been unable to locate the voting results which set the term for my 
tenure at 6 months. However that was my understanding. Hence we need to elect 
someone to fill this post. If someone has different knowledge please let us 
know.
   
  Otherwise nominations end on the 13th.
