Please note that the Board has proposed the following topics:

QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD TO THE GNSO:

  1.  Diversity is considered to be a challenge in ICANN. How is your SO/AC 
doing with regard to enhancing diversity in all its dimensions? What can ICANN 
do to support that effort?
  2.  What is your feedback on the final report of the CCWG on Accountability?

Please send any topics you have for the meeting with the Board, as well as any 
of the other sessions listed below as soon as possible as we need to get these 
back to the different individuals / groups to  ensure that they can prepare 
accordingly.

Councilors - Please provide any additional topics or issues you'd like to 
discuss for the following sessions:

  *   Update from GDD Staff (agenda, including additions from Jennifer, 
attached) Sunday 0900
  *   Meeting with Fadi (confirmed) Sunday 1030
  *   Meeting with New CEO (Gören Marby)  Sunday 1145
  *   Meeting with the Board.  Sunday 1300
  *   Meeting with the GAC. Sunday 1600
  *   Joint meeting with the ccNSO  Monday 1200

If possible, let's try to collect these over the next 24-48 hours, with an 
emphasis on topics for the Board and New CEO.
