All,

from the agenda I understand that the council is going to discuss endorsing 
“GNSO representatives” who then may be taken into consideration by the 
selectors (Fadi and GAC chair Thomas Schneider). I wonder whether there are 
criteria already available – in terms of quantity and quality – in order to 
facilitate this council decision until 13 Dec. Do we have to develop those 
criteria? Do we know how many slots will be available for the GNSO?
