Dear fellow councillors,
the preparations for the upcoming ICANN meeting are already underway,
and as usual, we have - amongst other items - once again reserved slots
with (1) the GDD, (2) Fadi Chehade and (3) Theresa Swinehart. To ensure
these meetings can be prepared as well as possible and also to inform
our guests, I would like to ask you for suggestions of topics to be
discussed during the meeting. This does not preclude us from making
last-minute changes, but would allow more fruitful and more productive
sessions. Prior preparation would also allow us to shorten the
prep-sessions for these meetings during the meeting and to allocate
these times for other sessions.
