Thank you, Avri. Council members please note that for the Thursday meeting staff will proceed to replace the document sent to you on 13 January (and till now linked to at http://gnso.icann.org/en/drafts/council-board-igo-ingo-13jan14-en.pdf) with the 21 January version sent around by Berry yesterday. As Berry has noted in his email, the only change is the addition of the table suggested by Avri, which is a list and summary of all the Minority Positions submitted and a link to them. As such, please refer to the later (21 January) version rather than the one dated 13 January for your review and discussion.
