10 days in advance (i.e. MONDAY,13 January 2014 at 23:59 UTC) of the GNSO
Council meeting on 23 January 2014 at 18:00 UTC
If you have reports for consideration, please send them directly to me at

that they can be forwarded to the Council. Motions should be sent to the
Council mailing list by a Councillor.
