Thanks Marika,
The current language of our Operating Procedures is: "Reports and
motions should be submitted to the GNSO Council for inclusion on the
agenda as soon as possible, but no later than 8 business days before the
GNSO Council meeting."
To provide precision and uniformity, I propose we amend it to: ..."no
later than 23:59 UTC on the day 8 calendar days before the GNSO Council
meeting."
