Wolf-Urich, that analysis is not quite correct.

The GNSO is down 2, not 3, because Willie Currie resigned and was 
replaced by Carlos Affonso Pereira de Souza. Also, the ccNSO was 
stable with 2 representatives because Becky Burr resigned and was 
replaced by Chris Disspain.

Also note that the Ex-Officio GAC seat (for the Chair or delegate) 
adds one to the GAC count. Last time it was Manal Ismail representing 
the GAC Chair. She was Vice-chair of the RT, so it was not just a 
nominal non-participating slot.
