No. Councilors should communicate with their SG Chairs on this. And this
list is public, so anyone can follow it and I believe the Chairs of the
SGs do that fairly consistently.
The message is pretty simple, here is the timeline for officer elections
and active Councilors at that time will be the ones voting. We can't
change and move certain timelines without causing cascading problems.
