RE: [council] Discussion of Cross-SO/AC policy development work and Cross Working Groups


Dear Councillors: I fully Agree with jeff on this point and the 
importance to talk deeply about it, does not mean that I agreed with the
 document but yes with the subject. In my point of view we need a kind 
of regulation on this matter to improve the great work of this groups, 
wich give us the possibilty to get different points of view coming from 
different positions making reality the bottom up process, the 
participation and diversity. But, also, I believe that is needed to 
clarify how it must functioning and how they get their conclusions in 
order to avoid useless differences.
