Indeed, and whether those plans have been approved.  Hopefully the beauty 
contest results in an equitably balanced allocation of slots across SGs and 
other groupings.

Needless to say, with the meeting now less than two weeks away, the 
price/availability of flights/hotels becomes more of an issue, particularly for 
volunteers on the lower rungs of the resource ladder.
