My understanding is that the need the information at least 11 days in
advance of meetings.

I won't ask this question Chuck but it may pay to get it answered.
How much time would the Board like to have papers prior to meetings/
retreats etc in order to ensure they are appropriately considered?
It seems to be horribly inefficient to do all the work and not have it
considered at the time.
