Hello Chuck

That is a big list of subscribers.  At least many of them were involved
in the new gTLD committee discussions when the original recommendation
was crafted.   

Another key element of such a group should be the relevant ICANN legal
staff (e.g John Jeffrey and Dan Halloran) that provided advice to the
GNSO on the terminology in recommendation 6, and also received external
legal advice on the implementability of the recommendation.   

A briefing to such a group from the ICANN legal staff could be useful.
