I'll ask my question a different way;

Chuck, can you please ask staff to find out how many times the mp3 recording
has been downloaded previously (month to month)?

Also, has anyone done a study of success for the implementation of the
audiocast to determine its ROI? Will it be seen as "valuable" if 50 people
listen in? 25? 5? 1? At what point do we consider the cost and effort outweighs
the perceived value?

In my business, I try to only implement initiatives after determining demand
and setting success criteria.

So a good start may be;

- Why are we performing this initiative?

- What are hoping to achieve?

- How much will it cost?

- How will we define success?

- How will we measure success?

It is never too late to apply these type of questions....

Dear All,

The audiocast for tomorrow's GNSO Council meeting will be available from
http://stream.icann.org/gnso/. Please do note that this is a trial so it might
not be perfect (yet). We would, however, appreciate any feedback you, members
of your stakeholder groups / constituencies or others participating have on the
audiocast so we can take it into account going forward.

With best regards,

Marika
