The 2nd "Resolved" should read: Resolved further, that the GNSO Council
should implement the Endorsement Process for all future AOC review team
selections, including the "WHOIS Policy" and the "Security, Stability,
and Resiliency of the DNS" Review Teams;

this was the the agreed objective of the DT for months...could you
clarify, why would we want to keep re-doing it?  how might we make it
different it we did?
