Thanks for this updated chart, Tim. It's very helpful.
Shouldn't the IPC entry for Cairo be 1/2? I received only partial travel
support (hotel only). Although Ute received support for the portion of the
trip not covered by the Nominating Committee, that support came from the "DNSO
legacy fund". It was my understanding that that source was (and is) considered
separate.

Olga,
What is the latest news? The only change I am aware of is that airfare
can be split from hotel and per diem. But the total of fully funded spots
hasn't changed. So evenly distributed, that still leaves 5 full spots per year
per constituency (but they can be split). We cannot use future funds (unless
that's changed or gets changed), so the total number of funded travelers per
meeting should be 10 (not counting NCAs) plus whatever has rolled over as
unused from previous meetings.
The table below has been updated based on what was submitted by each
constituency for Mexico City:

Dear Chuck,
if you see the table, it shows that RyC Constituency recieved finance
for one council member for the Cairo meeting, as you mention in your email.
The proposed distribution for the meeting in Mexico was exactly that, a
proposal made by the drafting team to distribute the remaining funds.
It does not reflect the latest news about travelling, the drafting team
did not meet again after the table was made.
Perhaps we should update it and send it again to the council, I have
been taking a short vacation during the last week and have not been online all
the time as usual.
Hope this helps, if not please let me know.
Best regards
Olga

Thanks Glen. Why does the attached table show 3 for the RyC under Total
per constituency Including Mexico? To my knowledge, only one person from the
RyC received funding for travel this fiscal year from the RyC and we are not
requesting any funding for Mexico City. Apparently it is because the table
shows 2 for Mexico City and I think that should be zero. Have I missed
something?
