ICANN operates on a 1 July to 30 June financial year.

Substantial changes in travel support would be considered for the next
financial year (ie post the Sydney ICANN meeting).
Note that ICANN has a dashboard that provides information on current
financials. The latest information is up-o-date as of 31 Dec 08.
