Chuck, you approach this from the perspective of an academic ... thoroughness.

I and others and I hope the Board from the perspective of priority.

Today commercial users are well represented in the GNSO.
Non-commercial are not so well represented.
That is the priority.

Today, commercial individuals have a place to go.
Other individuals do not.
That is the priority.
