What about solo attorneys who have heard of ICANN and are making tons of
cash offering consultancy services to explain ICANN issues to the
corporate world. I guess that group would be a touch bigger...

How about solo attorneys who have heard of ICANN and want to spend their
time and NOT CHARGE
FOR IT  on ICANN issues.
That's a really small group.
