RE: [council] Whois Working Group Charter - Final version
Hi Chuck,
People can join by emailing me or Glen. Glen is verifying observers and
adding them to the list.
Yes, the start date for the group is by tomorrow at the latest (20 April).
We expect to convene the group by mailing list today, and it has its first
conference call on 25 April.

Thanks Maria. I have two questions: 1) how will people who are not part of
a GNSO constituency join the group; 2) has a date been set for the start of
the group?

Dear Council members,
Following last week's Council meeting and subsequent clarifying emails to
the Council list, please find attached the final version of the Whois
Working Group's Charter.
There has been enormous interest in the Whois Working Group, thanks, in
particular, to the work of the GNSO constituencies and the At Large. The
group will be convened by mailing list today, and will have its first
teleconference next week.
Now that the Charter is finalised, we will also be extending a formal
invitation to participate to the Government Advisory Committee.
All the best, Maria
