Dear fellow councilors

You may be interested in this session, which will be highly informative
related to tiered access / Whois. Since the Council will be meeting in
Argentina with the TF, you might want to attend this call. The session will
have a transcript, so if you miss the call, you can also read the
transcript.

I've also suggested that the TF needs to hear from the SSAC chair/ and we
also need to hear from various governmental entities regarding their needs,
and experiences. We are also still looking for cc's who use a form of tiered
access. However, this will be a highly educational session.
