My guess is this problem will go away once RRP is gone and auth codes are required.
I doubt they have much success getting the registrants to get the auth code since most of them don't realize its a transfer.

So I have logs documenting DROA machine harvesting whois data via our easywhois.com universal whois lookup. It's no newsflash that they are harvesting data, but now I have logs showing they are doing it. 

Enom: Aren't these guys one of your resellers?

Is there any will within ICANN at all to enforce the rules against this?
