Hello Bhavin,

Actually I suggest you just leave the list as it is.

Set up a separate mailing list for discussion.

>From experience, it is usually only a few volunteers that end up being
most active - so the subset becomes self selecting after awhile.

I see no need for the Exec committee to make choices - if we are going
to do that we should probably use a formal election.
