This is far from a done deal.  We definitely need to follow through with the
formal vote and forward the results to everyone involved in the decision.

I agree with Eric. I know it looks like a done deal, but hopefully the DOC
will do more than rubberstamp it. I think we should follow through as a
matter of public record for any continuing efforts on Capital Hill or
otherwise.

Of course. If we only voted with the Board what point would there be in the
notion of a registrar constituency? Please see By-Laws, kindly post section
empowering Chair to declare ballot question moot, etc. Thx.
