Dear ISPCP members Attached is version 2 of the paper which combines the views of the BC, IP and ISPCP Constituencies. If you have any comments on this please respond to the list by 26th January. After that a final version will be produced pending comments from all Constituencies to v2. No response will be taken to indicate agreement to this draft.
