  Thanks for the detailed info.  Glad someone is on the
ball here.  >:)

  What I noticed is the IDN plugin isn't fully supported
for OS's Win 98, ME and NT, as "it is not possible to enter 
multilingual text into the address bar and therefore you 
cannot use i-Nav on those operating systems."  Perhaps
this is where the current/original hauge.com problem 
is centered?  Just a thought.  However it also occurs
to me that this plugin seems to force an upgrade to
IE 7.0 which has significant security problems which
MS has not yet addressed and is currently not recommended
by NIST.  That's not a very good solution.  And certainly 
not user friendly, if you don't mind me saying so.  

  So doing online banking or financial transactions with
a usable platform for this plugin, opens up users to significant
security problems which the GAO, FISMA, ICT, NIST, and ISC
recommend strongly against.  Hence this plugin for ecommerce
purposes is not very useful and likely dangerous to users.
