I have been giving some consideration as to exactly how we want to fit into the following;

It als would appear to be a good idea to incorporate the core values and mission of ICANN;
http://www.icann.org/general/bylaws.htm#I
These do not appear to generally go against the grain here. Also it would seem appropriate to adopt, even if by reference, the founding documents.
