Karl and all,

  Iam not confident that it will help even those who were on the
registryfly books at the time.  We will see...

  What I don't understand is why the ICANN staff is not doing
this clean up themselves?  Are they not capable perhaps?  And if
so, why and how than did the ICANN staff and Bod ever get the
idea that "Accreditation" by ICANN honestly have real value to
registrants or consumers?  Seems that notion, or marketed perception
of same, was fallacious and was know to be so at the time of conception.
