new TLDs Report: Further options for input
   
  This thread is a great example of; what could happen if the ga were organized and could speak with a semi-unified voice to concerns in general (as in the general assembly).
  Further while the GA can be a perfect springboard for matters such as an IRC it must remain independent of any particular group, except the majority, and even then should do their best to provide for the minority. This may sound like double speak, but putting forth minority positions should be a prerequisite for any outside communication. 
   
  Although I think we would reach doggone near unanimity on two issues.
  ICANN must allow for greater participation from the "general" public.
  A registrants constituency should be chartered including ICANN representation.
