Re: [ga] Notification of Self Organization

Jefsey and all,

Yes building from the "inside" has been attempted several times,
and has met with failure mostly due to blocking from ICANN
Bod and staff members, also working "inside" the inside...

What we need to concentrate on is Self Organization of the
GA first keeping in mind that an "Individual Registrants
Constituency" or IRC, is also necessary but a separate
structure and/or entity of the GNSO, and also must self
organize, but may use this forum as a medium for effecting
said separate self organization...

Once a "Individual Registrants Constituency" or IRC has
formed, set up its own mailing list forum, or whatever, than
collaboration between the "GA" and the "Individual Registrants
Constituency" or IRC can, and I hope will continue where
like interests exist and differences can be discussed and
debated openly and frankly...
